We are a mid sized hosting company with both Windows servers running windows 2003 and Lunix RedHat style boxes running Centos 5.
How are we different? We won't over sell our boxes. You will not get that lag time while hosting with us, we put 200 domains on the same boxes other hosting companies put 1000 on, do the math you can figure it out.
Both operating systems are well proven and offer you the end user with very little trouble. Our Centos servers are equipped with the Cpanel management system that will afford you total control over your domain, email and programming, it is updated nightly, and we offer shared as well as dedicated hosting.
While no hosting company can boast 100% uptime, ( it's just isn't possible ) we can say that in 6 years we have had two issues, both times when a new release of our management programing Cpanel included a new log file and the log file grew to big for the server to permit writing to it.
Both times the issue was resolved within an hour.
Our hosting service is managed by family members only, and we maintain a customer base of about 400 people, our original goal was and still to this day is to provide a user friendly webhosting environment where you are a name and person to us, not an account number, as a result, we have made many friends over the years and have customers that have been with us for years.
For Us communication is key, if you submit a support ticket with us, we are going to respond, perhaps more than you would like, we can react as quickly as yo
u can deliver needed information to us.
Not all cheap hosting packages are good hosting packages, and not all are bad either, we do not sell low cost hosting packages, we sell packages for the professional, if your going to build or host a Website that will perhaps get 12 to 15 people a day, we might not be the ticket for you, but if your wanting to build a web presence that can handle several thousand visitors a day, every day, that is what we are here for, that mid range hosting that is more than a personal site, yet not indicative of a full blown dedicated server, as a result we save you money. We do this buy purchasing top of the line machines and co locating them with various data centers around the Eastern side of the United States, all of our servers are quad core processors and sit directly on the NC1 network connect, we do not put more than 100 accounts or 200 domains on a machine that other companies put up to 1200 accounts on, while there is a place for that type of hosting, it is not the case here as I said before, we cater only to professional people, because of this, our servers are fast, never over sold, and never stressed in processing reserves.
We have hosting packages from $15.00 per month to $50.00 per month depending on your need
